Can stress cause frequent urination and irritable bowel syndrome?
I hvae been going through alot of stress the last few months and 2 months ago I began having frequent urination problems, I have been to doctors and there really is no answer, and in the last day or so I have been having a urgent need to make a bowel movement and sometimes I am able to go and sometimes I am not able to go and I know it isnt constipation or diareah or anything, it just seems different, I also have been getting kind of cramping and pains in my abdomen and stomach
are these things irreversible if I am able to get better and calm down
Anxiety can do almost anything at all to the body. The symptoms are legion! I suggest you ask your doc for some anti-anxiety medication, even if it just short term to get you through this stressful period.
