Just replaced my bladder pressure tank, now I have air in my water lines, help?
O.K. I replaced my bladder pressure tank along with my pressure switch. The P.S.I is set properly. I have running water but it has alot of bubbles in it and now the water sputters a little. I have a submersible pump that goes down about 60 feet and our well goes down to about 160 feet. The air was not there before we put in the new tank.
You have air in the system, so run a faucet until all the air is gone. Run the bathtub. If you run any other faucet you should remove the aerator (screen at faucet discharge) or it could get plugged up with debris. The bathtub is easier.
