I urinate quite often. between 15-30min. in most cases My bladder leaks b4 I reach the wash room. Is it normal?
I drink a lot when I’m at home. But not so much at work. I get up 2 – 3 times in the night to pee till morning
This is absolutely not normal. I don’t know how much you’re drinking but I don’t think it’s likely at all that you’re drinking enough for that to be the reason. You probably have something as simple as a bladder infection, or a UTI. A lot of times exercising the muscles will help to control leaking. When you’re going to the bathroom, stop and restart several times in the process and that will help build up the muscles. I would also strongly encourage you to see your doctor.
