do you know any cures besides cranberry juice for a bladder infection?
I have had a bladder infection for about a week. I have drank three big bottles of cranberry juice and it is not working. Do you know any other home remedies that may work
Yes! I’ll tell you exactly what to do:
1. Stop using bottled Cramberry juice. Instead, buy frozen or natural cramberiies and juice them up in a blender. Don’t add any sweetener, and use about 3 cups of water for 1/2 cup of cramberries. Drink 4-6 ounces 3-4 times a day, but not with meals. Should not drink any liquid with meals but 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after.
2. Do not eat any dairy at all. It will upset your pH balance in the blood, and will therefore accentuate your problem.
3. Coffe and vinegar, and soda will just make it worse.
4. Eat only fruits in the morning, but good amount (about 1.5-2 pounds).
5. Drink 2 cups of Uva Ursi & Horsetail tea daily. Sweeten it with a little honey.
6. Drink about 2.5-3 litters of water daily, but never cold, only room temperature.
7. Get a natural product called Kyolic (aged garlic from Japan), and take 3 caps with each meal.
8. Also get Magnesium –400 mg, aprox. Take 1 caps with each meal daily.
Do all this for 10-15 days. You should start seeing improvement after your 4th day.
