Is back pain is usually relieved by warmth muscle?
My family doctor could not really say much about my back pain. I've heard to many conflicting opinions on the use of heat or ice, but I think my pain is only relieved by heat. It is pain that typically heat relieves muscle in nature?
one thing I know for sure it uses heat to the muscles. only the use of ice to the joints! It feels better.
