BACK PROBLEMS! how do you manage them?
what do you do to help the pain in your lower back (sciatica pain) and upper back (joints locking in spine) and all over tightness in muscles, especially shoulders? I’m sick of paying out to physios and chiropractors plus i can’t really afford it anymore. I sleep flat on my back for my upper back problems but then i get sciatica down both sides. So i sleep moving from side to side all night bending up my leg. After a while of this, my upper back gets bad again and my shoulders get really sore when i lay on my side lol AAARGH!!!!!!

For your lower back, you need to find core strength exercises (iv had back problems for years) it keeps coming back when ever i get lazy with my exercise.
you cant let it stop you from exercising or it will will get worse.
also stretch your hamstrings, glutes and groin muscles as they put undue tension on your back (especial lower).
sleep on your side with a THIN pillow between your legs.
also swimming is great for your back (even if you just walk back and forth down the pool).
your upper back is harder to deal with, make sure your posture is good, and if you work at a desk make sure that its a comfortable and ergonomic position.
