I need a Back Pain specialist here?
My right shoulder blade has been hurting like crazy. It hurts everywhere. It gets to the point where i cant take a deep breath because of the pain. Also, it’s becoming very painful to move my right arm. Whats wrong with me and what do i do about it?
(I’m in weight lifting and kung fu, and i have had this for a couple days now)
First you do not have frozen shoulder. Based on your what you have written you have a good ol fashioned muscle spasm around you shoulder blade. You did not say if you experienced any trauma or are in any sports. The fact that it hurts worse when you move signifies that it is not referred pain from the gallbladder rather mechanical pain. You also did not state how long you have had this, but I would think taking it easy for a while, maybe some ice packs or even moist heat and stop sleeping on you stomach should be a good start. If it keeps up go and see your chiropractor.
