Does anyone have any good topical remedies for back pain moderate to severe??
My back is in extreme pain and i use ben gay and bio freeze on it to no avail. does anyone know of anything else that might help me??
the topical stuff only covers the pain- it doesn’t make the back get better. advil 2-3 tabs 4times a day may help and heat such as heating pad or Thermacare- massage therapy also helps a lot of people
