How can I relieve my back pain?
I have pain/discomfort while walking, lying down, and basically all physical activities. I am stooped when I am walking. Sitting perfectly upright is the only time I feel some sort of relief. The pain/discomfort is mainly in the lower right hand side of my back and shoots down the right leg. I find it very difficult to get lying down in comfort at night.
I was at the doctor and at the hospital and they advised pain management (drugs) which are not working properly.
Could you please advise of any exercise techniques or stretches that would ease my discomfort? I would be very grateful if you could help me out or if you have any other advise on this.
Seek out a PT (physical therapist) they may find out why your having pain and can give you passive exercises to cope with it.
