how can i get pain relief from back pain?
i was told about 1yr or so ago that i have this condition in my lower back called spondyolitis. the pain sometimes also goes down (about to my knee) on one or both legs. like right now my neck and my lower back are killing me. any tips?
You can try the following things, but if any of this will aggravate your pain, you should stop that particular measure.
1. Sleep without pillow.
2. Do walking at least 1/2 an hour per day.
3. Do swimming if possible.
4. Take some analgesic tablet when pain increases intolerably.
5. Take oil massage or bath once or twice in a week.
6. Always sit with appropriate back rest. You should take care of the curvature of the rest. Good chairs and seats are available in the market.
7. Stand up, stretch your body and walk for a while, when you are doing continuous seat work.
8. You can go for physiotherapy and under the guidance of experienced professionals.
9. You can take homoeopathy and acupuncture treatment regularly, which will help you to relieve the pain and avoid recurrence.
