I have low back pain. Pinched nerve. Need help?
I have a sore lower back. I went to a chiropractor yesterday and took X-rays and he said his pinched nerve. make weight, training runs everything. I read on the internet i have the following questions: – 1. What are processed automatically at time 2. "I can continue to carefully weight training 3. Chriopractor told me not to put heat on it. Is it true? 4. What are other ways to reduce pain or treating the pinched nerve. Thanks in advance How long does this take you to heal? If I exercise care, to stop the healing process? Am can recommend good stretching exercises to heal the nerve and relieve pain and muscle flexion ..
Reverse the weights, and ice do not use heat. Ice constricts the muscles to relieve pain. That's why if you've ever watched sports on TV, apply ice immediately after any injury.
