What causes numb hands, back pain, and frequent urination?
Other then diabetes
B6 deficiency …….. caused by a lack of calcium ….. sufficient calcium is needed to assimilate enough vitamin B6 (part of the b complex of vitamins) …. B6 (pyridoxine) …… B6 is needed for the production of magnesium in your body too…. magnesium is known as the antistress mineral … without B6 you will have symptoms such as numbness and tingling and prickling sensations in your outer extremities… hands and feet arms and legs………. other symptoms are excessive urination, excessive sweating, fatigue and exhaustion, headaches and migraines, dry mouth so bad that no amount of water will quench your thirst, muscle spasms and night sweats .. in my opinion you need to increase your intake of calcium and magnesium rich foods……. back pain is likely due to constipation stemming from magnesium deficiency …. eat more fresh green salads and green vegies all rich in calcium and magnesium and ditch the calcium and magnesium thieves like sodas, pop and excessive amounts of processed sugar, salt, animal protein and saturated in your diet ….. caffeine and alcohol will also destroy magnesium and calcium supplies and trash your precious b complex of vitamins.
eat more foods rich in B6 also ….. brown rice, rolled oats, lean meats and fishes, raw nuts and seeds.
and manage your stress levels with exercise, meditation, yoga, dancing….. anything that makes you smile hey.
stress will wash out b vitamins and overwork your vitality too…….. as will most otc medicines, pain killers, laxatives, diuretics.
