Is breathlessness and exhaustion in a back brace normal at first?
I have to wear a back brace for kyphosis but i find it really hard to breath and I become exhausted and simple things like standing, it leaves me tired and out of breath. Is this common at first and how long does it last for? Help?
This does not sound normal, but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
