What brand running shoes are best for minimizing lower back pain?
I love to run, but I’ve noticed that everytime I get a pattern going, I have to stop because of a lower back injury.I’m convinced there is a connection . When I run, my heel hits first and hard and Im certain that those shocks are causing my back to suffer.Currently, I use New Balance because they are wide and I need that. Can somebody help me?
