Are there any women out there that don’t take pain relievers while on their period?
I was just wondering cause this would be my first time intentionally not taking any pain relievers. I use to have painful cramps when i was young but now i think they’ve gotten better and was wondering if there are any girls that has NEVER taken anything while on they’re periods cause I use to know a friend that has never taken anything but her pains were never that bothersome. Please even share your home remedies or natural ways for relieving the pain.
I don’t take them because I don’t need them.
My cramps used to be pretty mild, I could generally bear them without chemicals; now that I’ve switched to a menstrual cup, they’ve gotten so much lighter I can hardly even notice them anymore. It’s like a faint feeling way, way in the distance.
So for me, the cup is a great way of stopping the cramps.
I think I’ve taken pain killers for period pain once or twice during 30 years of having periods.
